Every contact states who we are and for which creditor we act.

2No misleading documents

Our letters never imitate the appearance of a judicial act.

3Reasonable hours

Calls limited to working days and daytime hours, with a capped frequency.

4No contact with third parties

Neither employer, neighbours nor family are told about the debt.

The debtor pays only what is owed to the creditor.

Any dispute suspends reminders until it has been investigated.
